Disaster!

Something that has not happened to me in 6 years of brewing, I failed to sanitize my bottles, well over half the batch will be thrown out due to a bacterial mass that has formed on the top of the beer. The lesson is clear enough but it is still frustrating to see that much time, effort, and money go quite literally down the drain. I will revisit and rebrew this at a later date but for the time being I am just going to let go the beer that I must and enjoy what of the horseman's that I can. Sadly this means a very limited sharing will happen with this run.
